Subject	#4 cylinder not firing?

Message	I have a rough idle and some hesitation when I drive down the road. I pulled the coil pack on the #4 cylinder and it does not change the engine tone. I have checked and the injector is firing. I changed out coil packs and plugs. I have also cleaned all the connections including the PTU and now I am stuck. I have nothing else to check. Any help please!
